Las Vegas, NV-- Local law enforcement says her story is as sad as it is common. A young woman lured by the lights of Las Vegas, but now she's lost. 22-year-old Jessie Foster from North Las Vegas disappeared in late March. Her family is asking for your help to bring her home. Channel 13 Action News Reporter Ben Deci has more.
