Vegas mystery for mom

Jessica Foster has been a jet-setter for the past year, travelling to Florida, New York and Nevada.
At 21, she wanted to enjoy life for a while.
Wherever she went, though, Jessica always kept close tabs with her family in Kamloops, whether by phone or e-mail.
But she hasn't been heard from since a March 28 phone call from Las Vegas, where she's been most of the time.
And her boyfriend there hasn't seen her since April 3, leaving her mother here worried sick.
"We're a close-knit family. We talk all the time," said Glendene Grant, who had hoped for a call during Easter.
It's not like Jessica to miss calls. Only last month, on March 27, she left a message on her stepmom's voice-mail, wishing her a happy birthday.
Grant has been unable to reach her daughter and is hoping anyone who knows Jessica locally may have heard from her.
"She grew up here and has lots of friends . . . My hope is there may be someone who has heard of something or knows something."
Police in Las Vegas have been contacted, as has the Canadian consulate.
